bring new products that enhance public safety and
deter crime in our communities. NST offers new
solar powered public safety devices which include
the Emergency PoleStar™ 1000 and Emergency PoleStar™
2000.
EMERGENCY POLESTAR™ 1000
Description
The Emergency PoleStar™ 1000 is a solar powered strobe/flasher
that is triggered by false trigger protected push button. A strobe
light is automatically triggered by the person in need of help
pushing the button and can only be reset by key, so that an assailant
cannot shut off the flashing strobe. Available strobe/flasher
colors are red, blue or amber. This system is pole mounted and
can be retrofitted to an existing pole.
EMERGENCY POLESTAR™ 2000
Description
The Emergency PoleStar™ 2000 combines both a strobe/flasher
and a siren which are triggered via a false trigger protected
push button. The strobe light and siren are automatically activated
when the person in need of help pushes the button and can only
be reset by key, so that the assailant cannot deactivate the alarm.
Available strobe/flasher colors are red, blue or amber. The siren
sound can also be chosen so that you can have different tones
for different areas of a parking lot, park or neighborhood. By
having different tones it will shorten police or public safety
personnel response time.
